  7.  ║   BROWSING THE NEXT CONTACT DATE                                         ║

  9.  ║   Move to the 'FOLLOW UP' section  Press <S>                             ║
  10.  ║                                                                          ║
  11.  ║   The purpose of this module is to provide you with a collated           ║
  12.  ║   look at all your scheduled next contact dates.                         ║
  13.  ║                                                                          ║
  14.  ║   Here you can review all return calls in the current month              ║
  15.  ║   in the next month, in the next year.                                   ║
  16.  ║                                                                          ║
  17.  ║   You will be able to review all the calls to be made by scrolling       ║
  18.  ║   the date.                                                              ║
  19.  ║                                                                          ║
  20.  ║   Every NEXT CONTACT date you scheduled from the Client Db will be       ║
  21.  ║   available to you in this mode.  Not only that but once you pick on     ║
  22.  ║   a contact, you can get the Client Db and if you also Press  <H>        ║
  23.  ║   you get the Client History.  Once here you can edit the HISTORY        ║
  24.  ║   record.  But you cannot modify any field from this point.              ║
  25.  ║                                                                          ║
  26.  ║   There are times when a new prospect says "call me in three months".    ║
  27.  ║                                                                          ║
  28.  ║   You can reschedule a new contact date from Scheduler <R> or you can    ║
  29.  ║   can set the NEXT CONTACT date using <F> in the Client Db.  Either way  ║
  30.  ║   you will have set your next call.                                      ║
  31.  ║                                                                          ║
  32.  ║   Once you are in the Scheduler mode you can Search <S> for a memo call  ║
  33.  ║   you saved.  Simply Press <S> and at the window eneter the key words    ║
  34.  ║   like a name, Johnson for example.  Then Press <enter> for the screen.  ║
  35.  ║                                                                          ║
  36.  ║   Any calls you made, for any date, with the name Johnson in it will     ║
  37.  ║   pop-up on screen.                                                      ║
  38.  ║                                                                          ║
  39.  ║   If you have a modem and want to dial your client, Press <C>            ║
  40.  ║   The call will be put through.  When you connect Press <spacebar> the   ║
  41.  ║   screen for your notes will pop-up.                                     ║
  42.  ║                                                                          ║
  43.  ║   You can set schedules by precise times and durations and by priority.  ║
  44.  ║                                                                          ║
  45.  ║   You change the day by using Page/Down, Right or Left Arrows or by      ║
  46.  ║   pressing <L> and at the calendar select the day for the scheduled      ║
  47.  ║   event.                                                                 ║
